A great udon noodle shop. There is a big open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant, where several chefs are visible kneading and cutting the udon dough, and making soups. There are several dipping soups to choose from along with how much noodles you want. The spicy beef soup was very tasty and the noodle cut in varying size had extra chewiness or toughness which was excellent. Very casual place and I was impressed.
